Mainstage: Verdi’s La traviata contains one of the most romantic scores in the history of opera. As a rising starlet in 1920’s Hollywood, Violetta (soprano Raquel González) lives a carefully crafted life. When Alfredo (tenor Andrew Stenson) falls hopelessly in love with her, his family interferes to save their reputation. In a race to reunite with this fallen angel, unrelenting tragedy prevails. Relive the joy, triumph, and tenderness of this eternal love story. Sung in Italian with English supertitles.
